Founded in 2014, the International Pilot Center Alliance consists of a quickly expanding network of EASA and FAA Part 141 Approved Flight Training Organizations and Franchises globally.
Having built a reputation of providing highly qualified Ab-Initio Pilots and having achieved the highest hiring rate in the Training Industry, IPCA strives to enable in-network graduates (and out-of-network graduates after an assessment) to land their first Pilot Job.
Our In-Network graduates (e.g. Airline Career or APS/MCC graduates) are automatically enrolled in our Insider Career Path Program (CPP)©, free of charge, up to one year after graduating and will benefit from a real-life airline environment, including operational airline experience, refresher and recurrent training. Not only with the aim to ‘maintain' flying skills but to 'elevate' their overall Airline Readiness. Out-of-Network candidates can apply for our Career Path Program (CPP)©, after a successful KSA100 assessment and will be entitled identical benefits.
